About RGM

RGM was established in Norfolk in 1991. From one small contract, the business grew rapidly and RGM now provide a full range of multi-service contracts across East Anglia.

Our portfolio of services has grown to meet the changing needs of our clients and the growing need for compliance with environmental and Health and Safety legislation.

All our services can be tailor-made to suit your needs and our approach is flexible and client-centred. We place the customer at the centre of everything we do. This has ensured our success for almost thirty years!

The Team at RGM

We have a valued team of over 25 staff. All of the team receive training to ensure they’re able to complete their work to the highest standards safely and effectively.

When we need additional help with tasks which require specialist skills, such as electrical and arboriculture work, we work with carefully selected long-term preferred partners. We make sure all of our partners have the right insurance and we check their accreditations, so you don’t have to!

We love what we do! We’re lucky to meet people in all walks of life, and all kinds of businesses. One of our priorities as a business is to make sure we do things “right”. We want to make a positive difference to both the environments we work in, and the people we work alongside.

As well as our commitment to send 0% of the waste we clear to landfill, we regularly work on projects which fall outside of our paid contracts, in order to give back to local communities.

Health and Safety

Health & Safety is an ever-expanding but necessary part of business life and it is essential that RGM keeps ahead of changes in legislation and ensure that our business is fully compliant.

We place paramount importance on the safety of our operatives, our customers and members of the public at all times. 

  • We undertake risk assessments and prepare method statements for all the tasks we carry out
  • Staff receive regular training to ensure our compliance with health and safety law

We have our own appointed health and safety consultants to help us assess more complex tasks.
